About

Quality management and business continuity

To us, quality means meeting or exceeding your requirements on all projects. Business continuity means finding ways to keep doing that, even when circumstances are challenging.

Our quality management systems and accreditation

We’re continually improving and refining our systems and processes in all areas of our business for the benefit of our people, the environment and our clients, which is reflected in our Quality Policy.

Our quality management system meets the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, which is continually maintained and improved. Standard operating procedures are supplemented if necessary to meet the requirements of a particular project.

We consider quality to be everyone’s personal responsibility. All our employees are responsible for performing their work in accordance with our management system, and for taking the initiative to ensure that we consistently provide reliable services.

Our processes are reviewed and certified by independent experts to ensure we maintain our high standards.
